Lunch: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

- 1 cup croutons
- Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
