  Lunch: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad https://grilledchicken Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup croutons Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade) Instructions: Prepare the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Add the sliced chicken on top. Dress the Salad: Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
